SNSD and EXO to collab at KBS Gayo Daechukje?

According to an article posted on X Sports News , SNSD, EXO, CNBLUE's Yonghwa and Kim Jang Hwan Band will have a collab stage at this year's KBS Gayo Daechukje, which has got everyone going crazy.

No offence to Yonghwa and Kim Jang Hwan Band, but the reason this has become such a hot topic is due to the possibility that EXO's baekhyun and SNSD's Taeyeon may be finally sharing a stage. It's pretty clear that this collab will not involve all members of SNSD nor EXO, but with Taeyeon and Baekhyun being staples in  their respective groups' vocal lines, people are wondering whether they might both be present during this stage.  I personally believe that maybe if it was a collab between the entirety of both groups, this could be a thing, but SM is definitely not letting those two on a stage together, especially not without a significant buffer. I honestly feel really bad for these two . A while back it was announced the two had broken up, but seeing how this was never officially confirmed by SM, they might still actually be dating. A lot of fans and spectators have realized this, and are now  watching the two more closely than ever to unearth the truth. Thus, any kind of public interaction between them must be really awkward and uncomfortable. Just look at this fancam of Baekhyun during Taeyeon's performance and speech at the 2015 MAMAs.

You can  really tell how conscious he is about his reactions; he has to be respectful, and congratulatory because she's a senior, and he can't come off as too disinterested because he'll come off as a bitter exe, which will ignite a whole issue of who broke up with who, and exactly why they broke up. However, if he's too happy and smiley, people will interpret that as them still being together, fans will  feel "betrayed and tricked" and innocent oreos will once again be sacrificed. Now imagine how cautious they would have to be if they were sharing a stage.

Anyway, it's seems like KBS knows what they're doing it terms of building hype:
